Can I use exp.foam instead epoxy resin to repair delamination of hulls (60 x 10 cm) area fw of pilone?
I'm on the job right now!

As Neu said.. expanding foam has no strength to it. Also you will probably create moee delam as the foam expands and will push the inside layer further away from the core. The epoxy repair is not that hard to do so just do it right.

Drill shallow holes through the top layer and fill the void with GetRot. If you are careful to fill he whole area, it will resolve the problem permanently. Search this forum; there are MANY discussions with instructions.
