Considering purchasing this kit to make my boat easier to handle in high winds from Murray's https://www.murrays.com/product/30-5021/

Does anyone here own one of their jibs? I found some mention of them in the search but no real reviews. I know you get what you pay for sometimes and wondering if this would last long.

You will need a kit to convert it to furling as well - FYI we sell a kit and a jib directly through your Hobie dealer.

I recently sold my boat with the furling kit from Hobie and a SLO sail. They offered UV panels so I could leave it on the boat mast up. I think the new owner is not using it as he has gone back to the stock jib. I have his contact if needed. The sail alone was about $500 3 years ago. Search Lost Roadie on the forum and can see the boat in action on Lake Isabella.

You'd have to pry that furler out of my cold wet hands!

It's perfect for high wind sailing conditions and ease of setup. :D
I only use the stock jib in light wind conditions, which isn't very often.
