Im new to this forum. My first post was a video of me pitchpoling solo while visiting Fleet 448 in RI

Question: Average weight of a single H16 hull 1988? Methods for drying out water logged hulls?

Thank you

The best method for drying out the hull is to put in a 4 or 5 inch access port in the deck somewhere behind the front pylon and storing the boat in a place where it will stay dry (like a garage) with the port cover off. The longer you can do this, the better. You can also put a small fan in the hull or resting on the access port opening to force air circulation.

Thank you for the reply, I have ordered two 4" exhaust fans to force air dry while cleaning up the hullsin the newly installed 4" ports.
Do you have a recommendation for a wax to polish the hulls with?
Lastly, I'm at a lost on how to get the name of my boat on the side of the hull without to much wear.
