For the H16, is there any way to find out what year a set of H16 sails where made based on it's sail numbers. I have looked at the 1970-2006 sail pattern chart but sometimes the numbers don't match the years.
For example, I have 1987 Blue Prism sails with a sail number of 88863, but I saw another boat with what looks like 1985 Nationals Lt. Blue sails (prism pattern upside down from mine) with a sail number of 95315. I am assuming that the 95315 are newer sails than 88863.

Yes, higher numbers would be newer sails typically. Numbers are sent to other world regions in batches though, so the pace of use could vary... the numbers could jump like that if we issued a large batch of numbers to Europe or something.

Hey Tim I thought your boat looked familiar, I saw it on "Show Us Your Cat" !!!
I was wondering what that sail style is called? I have seen "Blue Hawaii" and "Blue Hawaii Reversed", yours seems to have more prism in it.
