No, this is not a letter to Santa but rather a request for help BEING Santa. Since I helped my skipper crash his boat several times this last Labor Day and totally trashed his really old sails, I desperately want to get him some new ones for Christmas, but I'm having a heckuva time finding any. HELP!!! I'll entertain anything short of brand new - good, bad, ugly, as long as you have pics. Email me at [email protected]. Thanks! ~Kristi

Hobie dealers alot of times have used sails on hand. Another thing, they may have a set that is a couple of years old, but brand new, and you can get a good deal on them.

Thanks for the tip, Karl, but unfortunately my nearest Hobie dealer is over 2 hours away. I'll give them a call, though, to see if they have something. Thank you! ~kristi

If you're in East Lansing, then Midwest Sailing (your local Hobie Dealer) is only 51 miles away in Pinckney (less than an hour in normal driving conditions - not this morning).

Talk to Michael Ehnis and he'll let you know what he's got.

Thanks, MBounds, but I'm actually in Midland; up north quite a ways. I'll call Michael at Midwest (the dealer I was referring to) to check his inventory. Thanks again!

I did get your pics, thanks Patrick. I sent you an email back asking if your price includes shipping and/or battens?
