Hi,

I just got this kayak couple of weeks ago and it's pretty awesome. The front fin retracts if use 20-30 pounds of force as designed. However, the rear fin does not retract at all with much more force. I'm refraining from using excessive amount of force so I don't break anything. I know that there's a screw you can use to tune how tight this thing is but it's not really making a difference.

Has anyone run into this problem? Should I bring this to the dealer to have a look or does anyone have a quick tip on how I can loosen this fin?

One more question, small piece of my H-Track fell off on my second trip probably due to a bump on the rod holder. I'm not sure if this is covered by warranty. If not, is there a replacement H-Track DLX part I can order?

Thanks

The adjustment screw is black nylon set screw on the front of the drive. If you back it all the way out the fin should swing freely; if not something must be broken.

Thank you. I did try backing it out all the way and it's not moving. Looks like I'll have to bring it to the shop to have it looked at.
