I've had my new 2018 outback for a few weeks and taken it out 3 times. It's very very hard to steer. Some times I have to use two hands to turn the rudder. Any suggestions?

Loosen the steering control lines a bit. Boats shrink and expand with changes in temperature. The factory sets them tight... may just be too tight.
