Outback FF Transducer mount for 2019/2020 model Has any one mounted the standard Transducer XNT 9 HW MSI 150T used on Humminbird Helix 7 Chirp Mega Si GPS G3 Looking for info on mounting this transducer. Understand there is a kit that allows it to stick down into water but pop up if makes and contact with object? Also it appears transducer needs to sit below hull some for the side imaging to work good? Any help appreciated Thanks Paul Calif |

Update. Being have lots of time found a video on U Tube were the plate is modified to sit below plate a little and side scan works Video title is "Humminbird MSI transducer on a Hobie kayak Seems simple enough? Thinking may make a little ramp in front of trans so if hit something goes up easier and protects transducer front better ?? Wont know till installed |
