Was wondering who installs the seat bars on hobies? Mine appears to have been installed crooked.

Is anyone elses like this or do I have a defect?

Thanks

not a perfect angle, but the starboard side seat mount on my 2019 Outback looks more vertical than yours.

Yeah this is what I was thinking. Everyone else's appear to be straight and mine is on a 45 degree angle.

How can I fix this as even the screws on the yak are crooked.

Are they both angled aft? This could be a change at some point. Hard to imagine it is a defect. The molds would not mis place the attachment points. I'll review with tech support.

Does the seat function?

Looks like they all have some tilt in this model. Engineering says that some molds vary and the one may have been tilted further to keep the seat on the aft upper ledge when in the up position.

Should be a non-issue.
