I have my passport 12.0 sitting on my dock and have cover on it but in heavy rain I sometimes have some water inside hull when I
lift up the round hatch. I just take a rag and soak it up but I wonder how is it getting in there?????? I don't get any water in there
when I'm on the water.
It has me puzzled.

This is likely normal condensation, moisture drawn out of the air inside the hull as the hull cools.
