Okay, I have another question (and I promise that this won't be the second of a large number!), this time about the transducer cavity. I currently have a Humminbird Helix 5 SI, and I know that thru hull mounting isn't really compatible with SI. I was watching the Fish Finder Install Hobie Mirage LYNX YT video, and he mentioned that Hobie sells an adapter that does allow it to work with SI transducers, though. Does anyone have information on what would be required to mount the transducer for my Helix 5 SI on the Lynx? Again, thanks very much in advance for any info you can provide.

With the Humminbird SI units, it will take some customization. We have specific SI kits for Lowrance TotalScan/Active Imaging and TripleShot, but not for the 'bird units.

Will the Trac rails support a Lowrance Elite 7Ti transducer and head unit on the same trac?

I am sure it will. Plenty long.

Another point: The Power-pole spike is sliding thru a hole in the hull. What about the security clamp, it's inefficiant this way no?

Hello, I have a question about the colors of the boat. I went to a local dealer and placed an order. Some of the videos on youtube show also a yellow(citron) color beside the dune and papaya the dealer offered. Is this yellow color available

How well does it sail? There's a quick shot of a guy with the sail kit installed in the video . I love my sailing my Revo 13 but something lighter would be nice.

I know hobie keeps new models top secret ...still have to ask is there bigger lynx on the way.....
Another question how tough and durable is ace-tec, why hobie choose this instead tough-tec.....ace-tec vs rotomolded........how repairable is ace-tec

No idea on a follow-up model. Rotomolding is heavier. This process is lite and stiff.
