hello, does anyone have a used h17 comp tip in good condition? just pulled my cat off the water to do the sport conversion and noticed a crack in the hull and a cracked comp tip. thanks, dan |

How badly is it cracked? You may be able to fix it using fiberglass/carbon fiber and epoxy resin. http://www.hobiecat.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=44683 sm |

Daniel I have an full mast that I can't use - no boat. Happy to give the tip away rather than dump it. But the catch is I'm in Oz, and shipping is pretty spendy. But if you can find a way of shipping at a reasonable cost from Cairns, Australia, I would happily send it rather than dump it. Cheers Geoff |
