https://flic.kr/s/aHsm1eqZQX Haven't actually launched the Hobie 17 I bought in late winter and I've been considering ways to increase flotation and also attach a small kicker. Maybe both will have been achieved (or not) with the addition of my old Original windsurfer board . So now depending on how you look at it, the surfboard now has training pontoons. The windsurfer mast can still be inserted in the board between the tramp lacings so a quickie can be had without stepping the main mast and the new little 1.2 hp aquaparx kicker (not shown) can be mounted to the stern wish me luck |
