New to this I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. When I get flying along on one hull it seems to run too deep in the water. It gets to the point that the tramp starts to drag in the water. I am not traped out (don't have a harness yet) so is it that I don't have enough speed to be flying that high or ????????????? The hulls are dry so that isn't an issue. |

Well I'm 180 but I've seen pictures showing other 14's with sometimes two aboard and the hull in the water isn't running near as deep as I am with just myself. Last weekend was the first time I had enough wind to even get in the situation and I only had a little time to be out there. I would think I may need to get a harness and see what that does for me. |

I think alot of it will depend on forward movement of the boat, but when its light, I tend to have a pretty low profile in the water. Where is Westfield? We have a ton of 14s over here in Iowa that race from time to time. |
