hey is it possible and safe to put a second trapeze wire on the 14ft

Probably not, seeing as the boat was designed for no trapeze, adding the dolphin striker let's you add a single trap, but it's probably too much stress for the boat with a double trap. Perhaps if both crew were under 100lbs, maybe, but otherwise, it's probably time to pick up a 16, which can easily handle two big people on the wire, given enough breeze.
