How hard should it be to hold the 14 turbo's tiller? I was out yesterday in about 10-12 knots and the faster I went like when I got a good gust and started to fly a hull skimming the water it took quite a bit to hold the tiller on course. I'm use to Mono hulls and I'm just wondering if this is normal on the Cats or could my rudders be dragging at an angle and fighting eachother? just to give an idea the bolt that holds the yoke to the tiller crossbar snapped and I had to sail back to shore just holding the tiller crossbar.

Your rudders are raked too far aft either because they are not adjusted properly or you're not locking them down all the way. The rudders should only produce a very light pull so that if you let go of the tiller, the boat slowly turns into the wind.

Review the FAQ section on rudders. You should also check some of the most recent Hotline issues (you can download them), there have been several articles regarding tuning the rudder system recently. What you're experiencing isn't uncommon and a lot has already been written/discussed about getting the rudders working correcly.
