I need the main sail for my late 70s non-turbo 14 hobie cat. I just ripped mine in half and I am short of cash for a new one. Sail can be in any shape, just as long as it is useable and cheap. Call or text me at 518-428-8066.

I might have one by the end of this weekend... I'm picking up a Hobie 14 and it has three sets of main sails, and I was planning on selling the two I don't want. Will let you know. :D

Just wondering if you were still interested in selling one of your extra sails.

I have an extra 14 sail that I'll sell. Solid white, 5-batten sail, a couple of pin-prick size holes that I've covered with sail repair tape, but overall, it's in pretty good shape. Problem is that I'm in Louisiana and the sail is in Tennessee. I won't be able to access it for three more weeks. Contact me via email, my address is available in my profile, and we can discuss details.

Hi... Sorry for the delay. The deal didn't work out unfortunately. The boat had a huge hole in the hull that they "forgot" to tell me about. Sorry about that...

I see that you are from Florida - well, I would have been compelled to double the price had you confessed to being a Florida Gator fan! Quadrupled if you are a U of Miami Hurricane fan!! - OK, just kidding.

Good luck finding a good 14. They come up fairly often in the classified section of this forum and on The Beachcats, http://www.thebeachcats.com/. They are great boats, fun and simple to rig and sail. You'll have trouble tacking at first. Read about it on this forum (search is your friend) or get back in touch with me if you have problems. With a little practice of the proper technique, it's easy.

GO VOLS!!!! :P
