Restoring my dads old hobie, sail# 2323. I just purcahsed an Easy Rite for the inevitable dunkings that I remember so well. The instructions are a bit vague. Another drawing or two would help immensley. Apparently I am supposed to thread it inside the shroud lines and around the pylons. The shroud line pins promptly snagged and pulled out the weave and I don't want to have it tore to shreds. Can I use a stainless ring attached to the adjuster perhaps. Also, I assume the rope just goes around all 4 pylons. It does not wrap 360 degress around each individual pylon. Any help is appreciated. |
