Hi folks,

Tomorrow's my first day out with my H14. It's my Dad's 81st birthday and he's been looking forward to this for a few weeks. Wind is forecast at ~3 knots. He's ~150#, I'm ~#180#. I don't care if we go super slow, but I want to at least get to move a little bit. Am I going to be able to get anywhere at all?

Thanks in advance.

Nope. But wind forecasts are seldom 100%. It might pick up. But, bring a paddle.

Definitely bring a paddle. You can sit on the front cross bar and paddle an H14 really well. I should know! You might consider the temperature and holiday boat traffic too if it is a small lake. It can be hard to capture light wind if the waves are coming from all directions. Again, I should know!
