I’ve been looking closely at my ‘73 H14 mast and have noticed a couple holes here and there. I’m worried it has been corroded from the inside and the integrity of the mast is at risk. So far I’ve seen 5 throughout the mast. Anyone have any thoughts or experience?

Those holes look like they were drilled with some surface corrosion nearby. It is near impossible to say from photos, but it kinda looks like its Ok. I would expect corrosion that lead to a hole would not be so circular.
