I have an old Hobie 14 based in New Zealand. Have no idea on history other than it’s been here a while. The serial number embossed in the stern of each hull near the rudder post is 45839. Does anyone have any idea of the age of this unit? Thanks, Iain |

That is not a traditional number system. Maybe molded in New Zealand or Australia. Guessing 70's. |
