Loosen up the tramp lacing, unless someone epoxied it that is usually all it takes. My 14 literally fell apart. If it doesn't just slip apart get yourself a big ass dead blow hammer. It helps to have someone lifting up on the frame, and hold the hull down while you're bangin' away.
