Are there any people on this forum who live and/or sail in Rocky Point? I am new to sailing and Hobies and would love to have a local mentor! I'm here, have a Hobie 16 (which I just got and know nothing about) and have time to learn!

Our fleet will be down for the Cinco de Mayo event May 3-8 although the actual racing will only be over the weekend.... Would love to help you out if you can get to the Playa Bonita beach..... Thats where we will all be (4 or 5 combined fleets)... |

I will be in RP Oct 5-14, with my H-16, I,m here right now but didn't bring the "Cat". I don't know if I can "Mentor' you being new to the Hobie experience myself. But it would be nice to see two "Cats" on the Sea of Cortez. I stay at the Playa De Oro RV Park. Look me up. Vern |
