Might be moving to Chicago downtown area. Does anyone know of places to store your boat and/or launch sites? I'd prefer to keep it on the trailer with the mast stepped as it is a mighty 21se. Thanks. |

Montrose Beach in the city has limited boat storage on a public beach. There is beach storage in Evanston, Wilmette and Glencoe. I know this is now the end of the season, but wanted to get some options out there for you. Mine is stored in Wilmette. All of these options are beach storage as far as I know. In Wilmette there was a 21SE this year. Maybe that was you, there are over 100 cats stored on the beach there. |

Thanks for the info Scott. I'll check into Montrose beach. I'm planning on Wilmette beach next year unless Montrose looks better. For anyone looking in the future: Willmette is $800 Summer and $200 Winter storage Glencoe was $600 Summer Both of these require the use of beach wheels. Wilmette is quite flat so I thought it would be easier. It wasn't me on the beach this year but I'll be around next year. Mike |
