I've seen some quality windsurfing and kiteboarding around Rio Vista and the Delta. There is some fair larger boat sailing, I assume, as there is a sailing club out of Stockton. Thinking about bringing out my H16. Any suggestions as to a good spot to launch and sail are appreciated. Thanks. |
