We will be staying at the Tropical Breeze near downtown SK. It's about 200 yards from the beach, and there are a couple of cats always sitting there. Any advice on sailing there would be greatly appreciated.
Need to know:
1) I think it's Beach access #3. Who do I contact about permission to keep my boat there for a week?
2) Are there other places? I located the Sarasota Sailing Squadron, would that be a better option?
3} Cat Trax. I don't have any. Is there a place I could rent or borrow one, or buy a used set?
I have about 30 years exp sailing and used to race competitively (I was a lot younger then) and would appreciate any tips. I'm a tired old lake sailor, I've sailed the Great Lakes etc, but any tips and information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
