Can anyone advise as to the better spots for putting in my Hobie mirage adventure Island here in N.E. Fla? I'm a long time Jacksonville resident but haven't sailed here in my hometown yet, and I've only had the boat out once (near Tampa). I don't want to fight a bad current, want good wind and water depth in a low traffic area of the river or a local lake. I was thinking about Green Cove Springs, or the St. John's near Exchange club island or Goat Island, possibly....maybe St. Augustine if there's not any dangers involved. Recommendations? Thanks in advance. |

Nassau Sound. Launch from Dee Dee Bartels. It is a busy boat ramp but extremely wide. You can launch 3 boats at once there |
