Post subject:  FL - St. Augustine Beach

anyone sail off of St. Augustine Beach, FL? cool beach, they let everyone drive their vehicles right on the beach and from where you park it is only 50 yards to the water, straight shot over the sand. Just curious if they allow you to pull a trailer with hobie onto the beach. I'm guessing a set of beach wheels would be a must here. The state park website says "no launching of motorized boats from beach" so i'm guessing you could launch a sailboat? any info on location/regulations/conditions would be great!

I grew up in St. Aug. I used to sail a Sunfish off the beach. No one complained. By that was 20yrs ago.
