I'm looking for a slightly warmer place (above 50 F) to sail during Spring Break. Does any one know how it is on Lake Powell, Lake Mead, Lake Havasu or any other lakes within a few houndred miles in the end of March? |

I live in the Phoenix and there a several nice lakes here, some better then others. However my secret place is Rocky Pt Mexico. Its 225 miles ssw of Phx, 60 miles into Mexico. Saiing and beach access access is excellent. I go there 6 to 8 times a year, for 4 to 8 day trips. Great time, place and fun. They even have a Hobie dealer there! |

Check the Google sailing sites map at the top of this topic. http://www.hobiecat.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=10532 There are a bunch shown in Utah. I was disapointed to see that I can not search the "Places to Sail" forums for the state designation as I had originally intended. I'll have to work on that. |
