I have an older jib, i think it's 20 years old from a hobie 14, probably an 87. i don't know what the material is. it is red, light like nylon and has a window. i can't find any other markings that would tell me what the materials is. any advice on how to repair it? i have a general idea of how to proceed but would like to know the type of material and then what kind of needle to use on the sewing machine.

Thanks!
