I've used this stuff on some of my kayaks. It's not real thick but dose go on easy with a heat gun, sticks well and is good enough for sand and minor scrapes. |

hmmmm - that looks interesting. Its bevelled, which sounds like it would so the trick. With the dolly, im really good at getting her rigged and launched without ever touching the sand, but bringing her back on the beach is another story. Anybody else try this stuff yet? |

Another similar product that I found was Keeleazy (www.keeleazy.com). It appears to be thinner and lighter than the other products. I'm considering something like this to protect the bottom of my painted Hobie 18 hulls. I sent an email to the company asking how well it would adhere to my Imron but haven't heard back yet. Mark |
