I have a some corrosion at the end of my H20 crossbars where an old fitting must have been mounted. Is there a material that's recommend for filling divits like this? JB Weld??? Any thoughts???

It doesn't really look that bad to me. I'd just install some aluminum rivets to fill the holes with a little Tefgel applied before installing. That should stop any further corrosion. You could wire brush it and hit it with a little spray paint beforehand if you want.

I wouldn't bother with JB weld. It isn't going to do anything. There are aluminum welding rods that can be used with a propane torch which could be used to fill in the divots, but I think in this case you would risk doing more harm than good.
