I have a watelogged Holder 12. I cut holes for deck plates to drain and repair. It appears cracks along the keep are the source of water intrusion. Two questions: how to get at mast step/foot repair (the joint where the tube connects at the bottm ot the hull) and can I use epoxy on the hull, which appears to be roto molded plastic, rather than traditional fiberglass? Thanks in advance.

Holder 12 was fiberglass.

You might have to install a deck port (screw in plate) for access if you need to do repairs. There is a box structure around the base that could catch water. Tip the boat up on the bow to drain forward... then to the side and then lift the bow to drain aft.

Should be a plug (small white screw) in the hull to the starboard side of the cockpit drain hole (which is in the center).

Sounds like you have a mono-cat 12. Molded and plastic hull and deck with Styrofoam structure
