Does anyone know of any known problems or design issues with the Compass 2018 model. I previously had an 2008 Outback model and had nothing but problem with the hull. Hoping for better luck with this model.

Thank you

What about the seat problems, has the issue been resolved?

The seat strap issue was resolved. The geometry was changed.

When was the change made and how can I tell if my seat is the new design or the old design and has issues?

Thanks

2017 we corrected a problem with the seat strap inserts popping out and lengthened the straps for more recline. 2018 would have been the change to the location of the strap attachment, was raised on the seatback.

Warranty tells me we have had few problems with the older seat setup after upgrading the hooks.

Now a none-issue with further changes as insurance.

New seat connection location near top edge of seatback material. Hull connection is more forward. Better geometry.
