My hobie rear mast cradle fell off on the way to camp(bungee broke).By the time I figured it out the mast had scratched up the rear cross bar pretty goog.It is only cosmetic damage but the boat is still like new to me(2006) so I want it to still look "Purty".Any suggestions on how to tidy it up.

Years ago we could buy an "anodizing touch up kit" for what you've described. I'm not sure if there is any such product available now days. A couple of ideas you could consider are.. using a magic marker (AKA the plugger method), or maybe some spray epoxy paint. If $$ wasn't an issue you could get the entire cross bar re-anodized, but who knows how much that could cost. Let us know how it turns out.
