I WANT TO ATTACH MY RIGHTING POLE TO THE FRONT MAIN BEAM.
CAN I DRILL A HOLE THRU THE ENTIRE BEAM,FRONT TO REAR, WITH S.S. BOLTS,TO ATTACH THE SUPPORT BRACKET, WITHOUT DAMAGING ANYTHING (INNER STRUCTURE)???

The beams are hollow. We do the same for mounting the seats. No problem.

Matt,
Rick White's righting pole uses rivets or screws to attach a bracket to the center of the beam. Seems a little overkill to through bolt it. The beams look alot bigger than H16's. Have you seen any problems with mounting these poles (start of cracks etc) I weigh 155 and have wings on the boat. Water bag just doesn't cut it.
