| Post subject: | Putting a H17 mast on a Getaway |
Just wondering - I have 2 H17 Sports and just got a Getaway to be able to carry more people. How bad an idea is it to put the mast and sail from one of the 17's on the Getaway? Are there structual issues that would make this dangerous to crew or boat? Haven't done it yet - but it seems it would provide a little more power on days when the boat would have more than one person on it. |
