Good point. I might add that on a dreary winter weekend in Northern Virginia with freezing rain it's a great escape to read through many of the posts on different subjects in this Hobie forum!

Humm... It was minus 47 C yesterday, try sailing in that!! But only 3 more sleeps and I'm off to go sailing in Cancun!! :P

I am in the southern hemisphere (Peru) so it is actually summer here. Have been sailing almost every weekend with temperatures between 25 and 30 C (77 and 86F) :) . Getaway, but also kitesurfing and windsurfing. I love summer.

Yeah... so 60's isn't REALLY like winter, but hey... I like 75-80 better.
