Hello sailers, I bought a Jib for my getaway from PEAKSAILS . com http://www.peaksails.com/hobie-getaway-j2c-jib-colors/ the purchase was 7 weeks ago and since then didnot hear from them I tried to call no answer every time I call. I paid for the jib + shipping and didnot get the item yet. what can I do ? regards, Abdulla |

Did you pay by credit card? If so, call your credit card company to get a refund. |

You should be all set, just call Visa to dispute the transaction. |

thanks to google! I typed peak sail review, people said its a bad business! never do business with them and I will cancel my Visa and hope they will refund me. |
