I have a 2010 Getaway, I have several draw bridges that lead to the Gulf of Mexico. It would be much easier traveling if I need not wait on a bridge opening; to do this without testing (and possibly damaging something) I need to know the height of the boat/mast/Bob (the clearance). The bridge is 30 feet at center.

thanks

Easiest thing to do might be to tip over your fully rigged boat in the grass and with an assistant take a tape measure from top of mast float following the path of the mast to the bottom of the hulls... make a straight line between the hulls with painters tape stretched so you know where the actual bottom is, maybe add 6" ect to allow for wave action up and down. I have a feeling you'll end up at about 29'.

You're good. HobieCat.com says the Getaway mast is 25' (7.62 m) tall, and there's no way the height of the Bob and the freeboard are more than 5' tall.

Don't forget the tides!! I know they don't amount to much down there, but check them anyway.

Thanks for the tips/info. The tides here can vary up to 4 feet.

FYI: Charted bridge heights are from the Average of the High Tides, so MOST of the time that bridge is going to be more than 30 feet from the water, but SOMETIMES it will be less than 30 feet from the water.
