for winning the multihull division of the Leech Lake Regatta in MN. I was following it since a new SeaRail 19 had entered (and won the trimarans--but was outscored by the Getaway for overall). The conditions were light, day 1, 10-15 kts on day 2, and breeze 7-11 on day 3. Stan scored 1,2,1 in the three races (corrected...I don't know elapsed times; but they may be posted eventually. Link to the race results...

He did well in a very competitive fleet.

What is the USPN rating system? Is this PHRF Time-on-Time rating?

No, that's Portsmouth Yardstick that they used. USPN is US Portsmouth Number. It appears to have been a versatile race committee since they scored the monohull fleets PHRF TOT. USPN is a nice rating system because the scores can be adjusted by the breeze levels as they are recorded before and after the race...as we all know, multihulls typically sail to a percent of windspeed.
