Should I be concerned? Not sure how long it's been like this. Could have been like this for years for all I know. Never really stuck a camera inside to look around until last week when I was running a wire inside the hull for my new electric outboard to a battery inside the cooler storage box. The boat in a 2002 model year. Had it since 2009. This is the rear crossbar looking up from inside the hull. I stuck a camera down inside a deck plate port that I have behind the rear crossbar.

I have seen that before and never heard it as a structural issue.
