We sail a Wave on a remote pond accessed via a steep logging road. For many reasons we are considering a Getaway but stepping the mast is a concern. Because there is no flat location near the water, we would need to step the mast with the boat at a incline bow up in order to use the winch. Has anyone used the mast stepper IIi in similar conditions? Any suggestions? Thanks.

You can always point the bows 'down' the incline - that will make it easier!

I have, but just know that there will always be tension on the forestay and the potential for the mast to fall will be there until the forestay securing is completed. The more incline, the more tension you will have to deal with.
