The accessory catalog indicates that these will fit a 5" inspection port "with lip". Will these fit the inspection ports that came from the factory on my 2013 Getaway? Or do I need to replace the ports with something else first?

The hatch in the bottom of the Cooler? Should be the Viking version with lip.

Yes, the ones in the bottom of the coolers. I guess they are most commonly referred to as "deck plates". So those two Hobie part numbers should be a drop-in fit, with no modification?

Thanks Ken

Thanks! I ordered a 5411 "Fat Bag" from a dealer on Amazon. I plan to install a carabiner style hook to the underside of the other deck plate that I can drop dry bags inside the hull and tether them to the hook for later retrieval. I'll post pictures when I do.

The "Fat bag" fit in the deck plate without a problem, but it does make it harder to unscrew the deck plate. I will experiment with putting some dry silicone lubricant on the threads.
