Well, I did not think my predicament would be too common however I was anxious to sail, with wings, on my newly purchased 2011 getaway and not have to wait months for a special order during supply chain delays and pandemic influenced conditions. I was quoted by a number of dealers anywhere from 2-3 months to longer. In the end it was a one evening project that cost the additional price of 18 SS rivets (saw, blade, rivet gun, spare time already on hand). An unplanned benefit was some cost savings since both the price of the wings and freight had gone up.
In case anyone else is in need, most dealers in the SE that i called had one 2017+ wing kit in stock and the difference is 1.25" in length with the pre 2017 having 91.5" extrusions and the 2017+ 92.75"
2017+ wings next to my 2011 boat:
Drill out five rivets on one end, including four on this bar:
Unlace cover, cut of an inch of foam, and cut 1.25" off extrusions:
File off burrs, drill 9 new holes, rivit with SS rivets and relace the covers. The covers are a little longer so here is one shortened next to the untouched:
