Looking for advice on smoothing or repairing scratches in Wave hull. Want to get hulls in shape for Wave racing.

The scratches are not deep, or bad, but still would like to have the nicest hull possible.

I have seen videos on filling gouges, but those are not nice and fair, just mostly filling a hole. I want smoooooth.

There is a school of thought that small scratches reduce drag, and racers have been known to roughen their hull (rare). If you google "rough hull drag" you can see that UCLA scientists proved that is true for certain kinds of roughness (altho disproved the myth that rough dolphin skin has lower drag). I depict the well accepted golfball dimple example below, altho it is somewhat different.
