Where/how do I get the reinforcement straps/bolt kit they created for early waves?

The boat I just bought will need this. There’s a little stress crack near the strap I need to repair then reinforce.

If unavailable is there a design sheet or specs so I can fab 2 of these these myself?

I found the tech instructions on the wave support files section of the site but dint see part numbers etc.

No longer offered. Basic concept... you can get from the instruction. Strap over the hull to hold the insert in... or the strap can become the new bow tang too.

Thank you Matt. I ended up speaking with your counterpart (who had an awful cold that day!) and he gave me the old part number and suggested if I wanted one to search online/ebay as a dealer might have one out there. Part #38120201 he said. I found a listing if I want it from a dealer.

He actually suggested I gflex the tiny crack and leave it alone - since the crack is small and to the left/below the eye he said it's not failing in the way the kit was designed to address. He also said they failed quickly and pulled out and I should just g flex it, touch it up w white pain and let it be/keep an eye on it and try to avoid hole drilling in hull to install the kit.

Let me know if you have a different viewpoint though.

That all works. If the insert does pull out you need to do the strap. G Flex is not going to hold it in.
