Hi All,

I just bought a 1995 Wave Classic which did not come with a mast float. I was looking at buying a Baby Bob mast float, but I am unsure how to attach this to the Wave mast. I found a Youtube video about how to attach it to a Hobie 16 mast by drilling holes in the masthead. The Hobie 16 masthead looks much larger than the one for the Wave. The Wave masthead also has two pulleys each held in place by a pin. It looks like the pins would prevent the Baby Bob brackets from fitting over the masthead. I would appreciate any guidance on how to mount this before I pull the trigger and buy it.

Thanks.

My Wave is a 2005 or so, but it appears on mine that the both pulley axle locations double up with the mounting bracket holes. Pretty slick now that I look at it.
