I have the EZ Loc rudder system. I'm trying to get the rudder blades parallel (3/8" off). If I can shorten the crossbar by 1/8" that would do it. I can't seem to get the ends off. I'm thinking of cutting the crossbar midway, then joining with a tubing sleeve at the correct length. Is there another way to adjust the rudder blades?

A machine shop took the fixed end off the tiller bar and cut 1/8" off the end of the bar, then reinstalled the end pin. The rudders are aligned and all is good!
