Hello, I just bought anew Wave. I was able to get it from a man who got it at a charity auction but never sailed it. It's a 2004 Club model. I love it! But I have a couple of questions that I was hoping to get some answers to or some ideas about. Number one, who asigns sail numbers? I read in the class rules about number size but I can't find who give the numbers out. Also, I know the numbers go on each side but is there a preferred way of doing it? Number two, I have read about single trap wires for the Wave but can't find one in the Hobie catalog. Thanks for any information. P.S. I think these posts are great! I'm new to cat sailing and you all have answered many, many of my questions. Thanks Jeff |

Trap wires are available for the Hobie Wave, p/n 1470B, please contact your nearest Hobie dealer to order. Also, sail #'s are not put on the Hobie Wave sails. If you want to put a # on your sail you can assign one for yourself and put them on. Sail #'s are also available from your dealer. Greg |
